Bring your PontaHR hiring data straight into Claude and other AI tools. Ask questions about your pipeline, candidates, and reports in plain language — no copy-pasting, no switching tabs.

What you can do with it

Once connected, you can ask your AI assistant things like:

• "What's the funnel look like for the Senior Backend Engineer role?"
• "Show me candidates tagged 'referral' who are still in the interview stage."
• "Pull up David Thorne's application and his latest scorecard."
• "Summarize the timeline for our top 5 candidates on the Designer listing."
• "How many applications did we get last month, broken down by source?"

Your assistant reads directly from your live PontaHR data and answers in context.

A few things to know

• Read-only. The integration can read your hiring data — listings, candidates, applications, comments, emails, scorecards, and reports — but it can't make changes. It won't move candidates, send emails, or edit anything. (Write actions are on our roadmap.)
• Your permissions apply. The assistant only ever sees what you can see in PontaHR. If you're a member assigned to specific listings, that's all it can access. Owners and Admins see everything, just like in the app.
• Your data stays scoped to your organization. Connections are tied to your workspace and your account.

Connect with Claude (recommended)

Claude has the smoothest experience — you sign in with your PontaHR account and you're done. No keys, no config files.

On Claude (web) or Claude Desktop

1. Go to Settings → Connectors (under Customize → Connectors).
2. Click the "+" button next to Connectors, then choose Add custom connector.
